Director
My name is Maria and I started at working at Skole in July 2011. I studied my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education through the Australian Catholic University.
Since joining LPS in 2011, I’ve had the privilege of leading our early years classroom, working closely with children aged 0–2. In 2016, I transitioned into the preschool section to explore a new age group and deepen my experience.
By 2017, I embraced new leadership challenges—first as Assistant Director and later as Centre Director. This role has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to mentor educators, lead with purpose, and manage both the academic and administrative heartbeat of our school.

We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life – which is why we our team is only made of of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
